Resource Center, Dallas

New Senior Affordable Housing near the Oak Lawn area

Solender/Hall assembled a two-acre site near Dallas’ Oak Lawn neighborhood for affordable senior housing close to transportation and services.

The Kessler School

Solender/Hall discovered a new location for The Kessler School in a former church in the heart of Oak Cliff. 

Metrocare Services

Solender/Hall is assisting Metrocare with a major redevelopment of its 10-acre site near I-30 and Westmoreland to become its new  Metrocare Behavioral Health Innovation Center.

Prism Health North Texas Junius and Worth Locations

Solender/Hall helped Prism Health North Texas find its new administrative and executive office headquarters and patients service center on the Baylor Medical Center Campus.

Family Gateway & Catholic Charities Dallas

Solender/Hall negotiated a lease between Catholic Charities Dallas (CCD) and Family Gateway to house the new Simmons Family Gateway Resource Center at CCD’s office.

SPCA of Texas’ Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center

Solender/Hall located a highly visible property in a former printing plant along I-30 close to downtown in an industrial area to expand SPCA’s home.

The Crystal Charity Ball

Solender/Hall found centrally located office space near retail with ample parking in a secured location for this high-profile organization.
