Find a centrally located large building with enough land for outside activities and future expansion for the SPCA’s new home.
The Solution
Solender/Hall found a highly visible site in a former printing plant along I-30 close to downtown in an industrial area away from neighborhoods. Thanks to its location, the SPCA adopts out more than 5,000 animals per year.
