The ISSUE
Implement a major redevelopment of Metrocare’s 10-acre site near I-30 and Westmoreland (“Hillside Campus”) to become its new Metrocare Behavioral Health Innovation Center.
The Solution
Solender/Hall has been assisting Metrocare over a multiple year period in the planning, design and temporary relocation of its employees from the campus. The firm has also secured an additional contiguous property to be used as a staging area during its construction period.
