Today we kicked off the 15th installment of our popular Real Estate 101 for Nonprofits educational program series!

Over the next five months, our group of nonprofit leaders will learn the intricacies of buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate so they can make informed decisions for their organizations.

Our first session familiarized participants with how our organization operates and the services we offer (beyond our educational programs!), and provided an overview of what they’ll learn in future program days.

The class also heard from Dr. John Carlo, President and CEO of Prism Health North Texas, which operates two administrative offices, five health centers, three pharmacies, and three dental clinics totaling 105,237 square feet of real estate space. Prism Health North Texas has participated in Real Estate 101 twice in the last five years.
