The Issue
Find centrally located office space with nearby retail for the members with close street level parking in a safe area.
The Solution
Solender/Hall found a building with office space on the ground level in a portion of a parking garage. The firm, along with Crystal Charity Ball leadership, was able to visualize turning the parking garage space into its new headquarters, which features beautiful views of outdoor space along Blackburn Street near Oak Lawn Avenue.
